    REALTORS® in the state of Arizona have been deemed as an essential service. We are taking all pre-cautions and guidance provided by the CDC along with state and federal mandates to ensure that our practices remain safe to all. We are offering virtual showings to buyers and agents as well as in person showings only if our seller clients approve. We are providing masks and hand sanitizer during all visits and interactions. Even with the current issues happening around the world, the Arizona real estate market remains stable and strong with home prices continuing to rise.
